About Dr. Brenda Heinecke

Owner, Physical Therapist, Pelvic Floor Specialist, Certified Strength, and Conditioning Specialist

Dr. Brenda Heinecke, PT, DPT, CSCS, is a women’s health physical therapist and the founder of Revitalize Physical Therapy in Hales Corners, Wisconsin. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University and opened Revitalize in 2016 to give women connected, whole-body care instead of one symptom at a time.

She developed the Revitalize Remedy™ framework and leads Connected Women's Health, a new category built on the idea that women's symptoms should not be treated in isolation. She has published research on manual pelvic floor therapy in pregnancy and educates pelvic floor therapists nationally through the Revitalize Birth Academy. In addition, Dr. Brenda also founded RevitaWell Supplements, a supplement line that complements her whole-body approach to women's health with the Core 6 Assessment. Over the years, she has spoken at the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association conference and the APTA Combined Sections Meeting on various topics.
